We are a nonprofit organization that serves as a resource for all who raise funds in order to better Rockingham and Augusta Counties and the surrounding area. Whether you are a fundraiser for a large agency or a small neighborhood group, we invite you to join us as a member or as a guest to our monthly programs. An inclusive group of professionals, we volunteer our time to celebrate philanthropy and to help each other grow and succeed as fundraisers.

Crossroads to Brain Injury Recovery, Inc. is seeking an Executive Director to lead this thriving, nonprofit service agency that provides recovery support to people with brain injuries. Management and leadership experience is required, including experience in grantwriting/fundraising, development, and advocacy. Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to a person-centered philosophy of service delivery and be able to work with diverse groups, including individuals with disabilities, their caregivers, and service providers. Duties also include advocacy at local, regional and state levels; management of agency employees, compliance with funding contracts and accrediting agencies; and community outreach and engagement. Some travel required. Bachelor’s degree required in area of business administration, public administration, or related field. Master’s degree or equivalent in related field preferred.
